Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (US): 7–15 business days
• Expedited Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Item must be in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@itsvibemart.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
